A Japanese carved ivory netsuke dated 1900-1920, probably late Meiji, early Taisho period. 

Image of a man man with bird signed. The netsuke is 39 mm high, 36 mm wide and has a thickness of 38 mm.

This ivory netsuke was examined by a recognized and registered expert. The original taxation document stating that the statue complies with the CITES rules is included.
